• Check compressed air connection • Increase pressure to 5-6 bar • Select “FlexiBowl® NOT equipped” if module absent |
Flip test not noticeable |
• Compressed air not connected/insufficient • Pressure regulator closed • Pneumatic circuit leaks |
• Check connected compressed air • Open regulator on control panel • Check pressure 5-6 bar • Inspect fittings for leaks |
Calculated parameters not ideal |
• Incorrect component characterisation • Wizard uses generic values |

Components move during capture |
• Speed/acceleration too high • No stabilisation pauses • Unsuitable grip surface |
