Set direction of rotation does not match	• CW/CCW selection error	• Visually verify actual direction of rotation • Correct selection in the Wizard
Air-blow test does not work	• Compressed air not connected • Insufficient pressure • Module not physically present	• Check compressed air connection • Increase pressure to 5-6 bar • Select “FlexiBowl® NOT equipped” if module absent
Flip test not noticeable	• Compressed air not connected/insufficient • Pressure regulator closed • Pneumatic circuit leaks	• Check connected compressed air • Open regulator on control panel • Check pressure 5-6 bar • Inspect fittings for leaks
Calculated parameters not ideal	• Incorrect component characterisation • Wizard uses generic values	• Review selected geometry and behaviour • Accept Wizard Parameters as a starting point • Manually fine-tune in summary dashboard
Components move during capture	• Speed/acceleration too high • No stabilisation pauses • Unsuitable grip surface	• Decrease Speed and Accel • Insert pauses 200-500ms • Replace grip surface with more adherent
Blow not effective	• Too much/little air pressure • Clogged nozzles	• Check pressure 5-6 bar • Clean air-blow nozzles
Parameter changes do not apply	• ‘Synchronize Parameters’ not pressed • Recipe not saved	• ALWAYS click Synchronize Parameters after changes • Save recipe to make changes permanent
