Important warnings#

Read before use#

Warning

Before using FlexiVision One, it is mandatory to:

  • Read this manual in full to ensure correct use of the system

  • Follow the operating instructions and recommendations

  • Properly train the personnel assigned to operation

  • Consult the instruction manuals of all connected hardware components (FlexiBowl, Hopper, VisionController, Camera, Robot, etc.)

Failure to comply with these instructions may cause malfunctions, equipment damage, or hazardous situations.

Operating context and limitation of liability#

FlexiVision One is a vision system developed to guide industrial robots and supplied as an optional add-on component for FlexiBowl systems (models 200, 350, 500, 650, 800, 1200).

During operation, the operator must:

  • Take the physical footprint of the system into account

  • Monitor the movements of the robot and feeder

  • Anticipate and manage unexpected operating situations

  • Comply with the safety standards applicable to robots and industrial machinery

ARS S.r.l. declines all liability for damage to persons or property resulting from the movement of machines and systems connected to the FlexiVision One software.

Integration of the system into the working environment and risk assessment are the responsibility of the system integrator and the end user.
