Warranty#

Important

The complete warranty terms are included in the sales contract. In the event of discrepancies, the conditions set out in the contract take absolute precedence over the information provided in this section.


General Conditions of Validity#

For the warranty to be considered valid, the following operating requirements must be met:

Scope

Mandatory Condition

Receipt

Open the packaging with suitable tools without damaging the system.

Commissioning

Installation and start-up performed by qualified and trained technicians.

Use

Operation of the machine within the specified contractual and technical limits.

Maintenance

Performance within the scheduled intervals using original ARS S.r.l. spare parts and authorized personnel.


Exclusions and Voidance of Warranty#

The warranty is considered null and void if one or more of the following conditions occur:

Tampering and Safety

  • Removal or tampering with safety devices (guards, sensors, microswitches).

  • Unauthorized modifications to the machine control software.

  • Tampering with electrical or pneumatic circuits.

  • Removal of the identification plate or safety pictograms.

Error

Improper Use and Negligence

  • Failure to comply with safety regulations and manual instructions.

  • Use by untrained or unauthorized personnel.

  • Failure to implement the scheduled maintenance plan.

  • Installation in unsuitable premises or faults in the power supply (electrical/pneumatic).

  • Modifications or repairs without written authorization from the Manufacturer.

Note

Damage resulting from exceptional events (floods, fires not caused by the machine) and disposal not compliant with regulations are also excluded from the warranty.
