Warranty#
Important
The full terms of the warranty are included in the sales contract. In the event of any discrepancies, the terms and conditions set forth in the contract take absolute precedence over those given in this section.
General Validity Conditions#
For the warranty to be considered valid, the following operational requirements must be met:

Warranty Exclusions and Forfeiture#
The warranty shall be deemed null and void upon the occurrence of one or more of the following conditions:

Tampering and Safety
Removal or tampering with safety devices (safeguards, sensors, microswitches).
Unauthorised modifications to the machine control software.
Tampering with electrical or pneumatic circuits.
Removal of the identification plate or safety pictograms.
Error
Improper Use and Negligence
Failure to comply with safety regulations and instructions in the manual.
Use by untrained or unauthorised personnel.
Failure to implement the scheduled maintenance plan.
Installation in unsuitable places or power supply failures (electrical/pneumatic).
Modifications or repairs without prior written consent from the Manufacturer.
Note
Damage resulting from exceptional events (floods, fires not caused by the machine) and non-compliant disposal are also excluded from the warranty.
